Tuna NachosOur tuna nachos are based on the classic Florida Keys dish that is served on wonton chips. Shrimp Chips are very common in Southeast Asia, these are their potato chips (in comparison to America) and are naturally gluten-free and made with tapioca flour. We use fresh Yellowfin Tuna not frozen gas flushed Tuna. Fresh Tuna is often darker red, where as the gas flushed frozen tuna is a bright pink. Unfortunately, most guests are used to this bright pink color in Tuna. It is our responsibility to educate our guests on these facts and what we believe in.
